Our hearts hold unique wisdom and guidance, and when algined with the power of the mind, the healing opportunity becomes life-changing. Â But if the heart is a painful place to be in, it will be very difficult to access that powerful source of inner support.Â
Healing Hearts was created with all of you in mind, who are struggling to stay grounded, centered and resilient during uncertainty. This is a weekly gathering where you will be guided through a safe and beautiful practice, to reconnect with your heartspace sanctuary, using intentional gentle breathing and visualizations, inspired by HeartMath™, Rapid Transformational Therapy® and Claudia's expertise as a Trauma-Sensitive Hypnotherapist and Healing Circle Facilitator.
Breakdown of activities - we may follow this flow or what serves the group best:
-Introduction to HeartMath philosophy and techniques
-Practice time & partner or group shares- 15-20 minutes
