Our hearts hold unique healing energy, wisdom and guidance.  But if the heart is a painful place to be in, it will be very difficult to access that powerful source of inner support. 

Healing Hearts was created with all of you in mind, who are struggling to stay grounded, centered and resilient during difficulties in life. This is a weekly gathering where you will be guided through a safe and beautiful practice to reconnect with your heartspace sanctuary, using intentional gentle breathing and visualizations, inspired by HeartMath™, Rapid Transformational Therapy® and Claudia's expertise as a Rapid Transformational Therapist, Hypnotherapist and Healing Circle Facilitator.
