A SAFE PLACE FOR MEANINGFUL CHANGE
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: December 1, 2025
Welcome to the services provided by Claudia Castillo Holley (“I,” “me,” or “my”). By using this website, booking a session, or participating in any program, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Nature of Services (Important)
All offerings—including coaching, guided introspection, hypnosis-based relaxation, Positive Intelligence® mental fitness practices, HeartMath™ coherence tools, and nourishment-based embodiment work—are non-clinical, educational, and personal-development services.
I am not a licensed therapist, psychologist, counselor, or medical professional, and I do not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental or medical conditions.
My work supports emotional well-being, clarity, resilience, and inner leadership, but it is not psychotherapy and should not replace medical or mental health care.
If you are currently under the care of a physician, psychiatrist, or therapist, please continue your treatment and consult them before engaging in these practices.

2. Client Responsibility & Participation
Your results depend on your willingness to participate fully and consistently.
This may include:
-
Engaging with guided practices
-
Listening to provided audio or hypnosis recordings
-
Completing Positive Intelligence® activities (if applicable)
-
Practicing tools between sessions
There are no guaranteed outcomes, and transformation is a collaborative process.

3. Safety & Eligibility
By booking any service, you affirm:
-
You are not experiencing unmanaged mental health symptoms requiring clinical intervention.
-
You do not have a diagnosed psychotic disorder or uncontrolled epilepsy (contraindicated for hypnosis-based practices).
-
You will attend sessions sober and free from drugs or alcohol.
-
You have disclosed relevant medical or psychiatric information that may impact your participation.
If you are under psychiatric care or taking psychotropic medication, you agree to consult your clinician before participating.
I may discontinue services at my discretion if I determine that a client’s needs fall outside my non-clinical scope of practice.

I may break confidentiality only if required by law, including situations where there is risk of harm to yourself or others, or if records are subpoenaed.
De-identified experiences may be referenced in teaching, writing, or testimonials, but personal details are never shared without explicit permission.

6. Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Due to limited session availability, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a session.

Cancellations made with 48+ hours’ notice → full refund or credit

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice → non-refundable
